Welcome to the Stable Recruitment Page. There are many Units on Solaris looking to join one of the 5 Great 'Houses upon Solaris. Current Steiner policy dicatates that Units joining 'House Steiner will recieve a unit within the House approximate to the stables (Stable meaning a Unit not made within LCAF originaly) current size. As with all things, the unit deployment is decided by the commanding officer of the Front. Stables looking to join 'House Steiner must read and understand Steiner Policy. They must also realize that House Steiner has the final Decision on what structure they will have within the house. With that said, House Steiner has been very fortunate with its current policy towards stables, in that Stables are able to maintain their own cohesiveness within the house structure.
Current policy regarding stables (stables as in Units. Can be Contracted but Clans have a separate policie) wishing to join regular military are as follows: Because 'House Steiner has a proud and historical past wrought with loyalty and dedication to the house by its regular military units, it has been decided that 'House Steiner will not incorporate seperate units into a 'House as a sub para military unit. Stables, whom wish to retian their stable identity and structure, should consider looking at House Steiner Mercs, where those options may be better suited. On the other hand, Stables wishing to give up their stable insignia, but retain their command and unit structure should consider the Regular Military. Stable commanders can just as easily become unit commanders, with the same leaders only holding Steiner ranks. There are various other units whom have decided to Merc for Steiner, but do not take part in any of the regimental structure or command decisions.
Facts Regarding Stables in 'House Steiner:
-House stables/Mercs may participate in any 'House Steiner Event
-House Stables/Mercs may wear their Stable identity tags
-All Mercs Units Must have a Web-Page/Site.
-All Mercs Units Must display their Contract on the Web-Page/Site. If your Unit does not have a Contract yet. Please get one before Signing up with 'House Steiner. Click here for Contracts.
-House Mercs can maintain their own identity, culture and every aspect that seperates them from other stables, as long as it is in line with current Steiner policy regarding mercs and the Battletech Rules of Conduct.
-Stables Looking to 'House Steiner must communicatate with one of the selected Front Commanders.
-Clans can join too but must also follow the guidlines here.
