From here you can Produce 'Mechs if you have a 'Mech Production Facilitie in your control. Once done you can put them on a Jump Ship if one is on planet.

 

Make sure you fill out the entire Form.

Current 'Mech Chassis;

If you would like to Produce a 'Mech. Select the Facility to Produce it
Current Facilites;

Input the 'Mech Chassis you would like to Produce
Production Chassis;

Now select the Jump Ship you would like to Dispatch the Completed Chassis to once completed
Current JumpShips;
