Sub.: House Steiner Communication Protocol
To: Level 6
From Level 1
All official communication within House Steiner will now contain the name, subject, to, and from headers as listed above. For the purposes of these communications member groups have been established within every Chain of Command (Hereafter CoC). They are as follows:
Level 1: House Leader, House Executive Officer, and all Front Commanders (Steiner High Command)
Level 2: Front Command Staff and its Theatre Commanders
Level 3: Theatre Command Staff and its Regimental Commanders
Level 4: Regimental Command Staff and its Battalion Commanders
Level 5: Battalion Command Staff and its Company Commanders
Level 6: All members of House Steiner
Most of these documents will originate at level 1 (as this one did) but ALL communications should take this format for easy dissemination of information. Some of these documents will take the form of attached documents which will require a cover letter (again as this one did) but even a simple E-Mail should conform as much as possible.
The person who holds a position listed last under any communication level is responsible to "pass" this information down to the entirety of the next level if the "To" in the above header indicates it should not stop at his level. A Battalion Commander should have an entry for "level 5" for instance in his book so that he can easily pass down any information listed as being to Level 5 or level 6. This listing would include his XO, TO, MO, and the three Company Commanders under his command. Likewise his Company Commanders should have an eleven member ""level 6""entry in their address books. I hope that eventually all level 6 communication will be readable or downloadable from The House web page but until/unless that happens they will be included here the key to success in this game is the quick and efficient dissemination of concise and accurate information gentlemen Hopefully this is a positive step in that direction.
